PIANO HINGE

The upper section doors use a piano hinge for exceptional strength and in order to utilize our patented gasket/compression system. We powder coat the surface black for robust protection from everday use and for adding a touch of classly color.

BLUM SOFT CLOSE HINGES

The lower section doors use soft close hinges, which ease the door back to the resting position softly no matter how hard it is closed or how heavy it is.

AR HUMIDITY CONTROL SYSTEM

Featuring stainless steel, dual-ball bearing motors, smart controllers and Swiss made components, the AR Humidity Control System has top notch hardware found throughout making it an industry leader for many reasons.

SPRING LOADED LATCHES

The door on the Micro and Petite ClimaCabs compress the gasket using high quality spring-loaded latches. The latches come with or without a padlock hole. We apply a black powder coat to match the piano hinge.

DOOR PULLS

The upper and lower section pulls are constructed from strong metal alloys with a silky smooth surface. They provide a pleasant opening experience and add an elegant appearance, complementing the ClimaCab.

STRING SWING

Arguably the most recognized brand in hangers, String Swing builds all their products in Wisconsin. They feature a combination of metal and rubber material that is proven to be safe for the insturment's finish.

LEVELING FEET

Required for situations where the floor may not be completely level or the ClimaCab may need to be elevated off the floor slightly. All feet have a threaded post that securely threads into a recessed brass insert in the four corners of the lower section.

NEODYMIUM MAGNETS

We use magnets in many ways throughout the ClimaCab. They compress the gasket on ClimaCabs Petite+ and larger. They also provide the necessary staying power for the Neck & Bout Rest components and attach the wire channel leading from the smart controller to the floor of the ClimaCab.
