Refund policy
In-Stock ClimaCases and ClimaStands
If you cancel an in-stock ClimaCase or ClimaStand before it ships, a 25% restocking fee applies. This fee covers the handling required once the item is taken out of storage and prepared for fulfillment.
If you cancel after the order has shipped, the 25% restocking fee still applies, and you will also be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Other In-Stock Items
For in-stock accessories or other products — such as ClimaStand bases, String Racks, DualStands, Pedalboards, and similar products — a 10% restocking fee applies. If the item has already shipped, initial and return shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund.
ClimaCabs
ClimaCabs require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. If the order is cancelled at any time, this deposit is retained by Acoustic Remedy. Due to the extended lead time and staged payment process, all additional payments made toward the ClimaCab will also be retained if the order is cancelled.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover any damage, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and advise on next steps.
To submit a claim with the shipping carrier, we require photo or video documentation of the damage as soon as possible. Please send all materials to hello@acousticremedycases.com.
In most cases, we will send a replacement item and provide a return shipping label for the damaged item. For custom-made products, a rebuild may be necessary. If so, we will expedite the process.

Exchanges
To request an exchange, please reach out to us to review the process. The original item must be returned and inspected following the guidelines above. Once received in acceptable condition, we will complete the exchange. You will either receive a refund or an invoice for any price difference between the original and replacement item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once items are evaluated in accordance with this policy. We will keep you updated on the status, approval, and amount of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
