Acoustic Remedy provides the world's simplest way to properly care for instruments. All of our humidors operate with one basic principle - by utilizing a patented gasket system we create an airtight environment for the instrument, which in turn keeps the humidity controlled air inside and non-humidity controlled air outside of the humidor.
Proper care is essential to keeping instruments sounding their best. You can expect true tone, vitality, and balanced sound from a properly humidified instrument. In addition, your instruments are displayed exquisitely, allowing for the full appreciation of the craftmanship and natural beauty inherent to finely made instruments.

ClimaCase Sizes
Standard
The standard size was designed around a dreadnought sized acoustic guitar and it will fit similar size instruments and most electric guitars with ease.
Jumbo
The Jumbo was designed around a Gibson SJ 200; however, some small scale bass guitars and archtops will also fit comfortably. The Jumbo provides enough room to keep it visible through the glass.
Super Jumbo
The Super Jumbo was designed for long-scale bass, electric, and arch top guitars.
Custom Sizes
We can make ClimaStands for smaller bodied instruments, such as parlor guitars, larger instruments, or a custom size to fit your space perfectly.

Our standard ClimaCases store one instrument each, with two hanger positions to account for larger or smaller sized instruments (for example – acoustics are slightly larger than electric guitars).
2 Instruments
For Rectangle shape only
Our standard size rectangle cases can fit two smaller instruments. For options to store two guitar sized instruments, please discover our Double Wide ClimaCase.
3 Instruments
The option to store more than two instruments is limited to the Double Wide ClimaCase. These cases can store 2 acoustics, 3 electrics, and multiple smaller instruments.
Appearance Options
Different Wood Backs
Creatively combine a different wood in the back of the ClimaStand for a stunning backdrop for your instrument. Lighter or darker colored woods all look great for the back, and we recommend creating some contrast between the guitar top and the back.
Inlays

Cloth or Tweed Lined Backs
We source high-quality crushed velvet from New Orleans and tweed from reputable amplifier supply manufacturers that can be used to line the back of the ClimaCase providing a colorful or vintage look.
Advanced Humidity Control & Monitoring
Hermetically Sealed Interior
A sealed humidor creates a micro-climate which is at the optimal for proper instrument care. This is achieved with a neoprene gasket that seals the humidor doors, utilizing its cellular structure to effectively lock in air and moisture. The gasket is compressed and the door is secured with spring-loaded draw latches.
Maintenance Free Humidity Control & Monitoring
Boveda Two Way Humidity Control Packets add or remove moisture to provide an ideal relative humidity level within the humidor. The highly accurate Caliber IV digital hygrometer provides accurate results and we offer Bluetooth or wireless options for remote visibility to current conditions.
Joinery and Sealants
Amish woodworking techniques guarantee that the humidor is constructed to be truly airtight. A sealant is expertly applied at all joints, enhancing the overall seal. Additionally, a catalyzed lacquer finish effectively seals the wood's pores, ensuring minimal air exchange.
Woods
Domestic
Domestic hardwoods are deciduous trees that grow in North America and are known for their durability, natural beauty, and sustainability. Examples we use are Walnut, Red Oak, White Oak, Birch, Maple, Flame Maple, Knotty Alder, and American Cherry.
Exotic
Exotic hardwoods are species of wood that come from tropical regions outside of North America and are generally harder and denser than domestic hardwoods. We love our exotic hardwoods as much as anyone and have built humidors from Koa, Cocobolo, African Mahogany, Sapele, Zebrawood, Brazilian Cherry, and Tigerwood.
Reclaimed
Reclaimed lumber is wood that has been salvaged from old buildings, factories, or other structures and repurposed for new uses. It's often described as having a weathered appearance, rich patina, and distinctive character. We’ve used woods such as Red Barnwood, Grey Barnwood, Old Globe 300+ Year Old Eastern White Pine, 100+ Year Old Black Walnut, and more.
Paints & Stains
Two Stain Collections
With 60+ stains available, you can enhance the wood grain, blend the ClimaCab with your room’s colors, and add beauty and protection to the surface. Since different woods show stains uniquely, we recommend using sample swatches to find the perfect combination.
Paints
We provide a range of paint colors, with Piano Black, white, and grey as the most popular. We can match paints from major brands like Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams. Some woods may have texture, while others stay smooth after painting.
Storage Solutions
Instrument Storage
The standard String Swing brand instrument hangers offer finish-safe solutions. For those who don’t want to hang the instruments, we can add small cork-lined bout rails on the bottom of the ClimaCase. The rails are moveable in/out to support a variety of lower bout sizes.
Gear & Accessory Storage
We’ve created full width storage boxes that bolt to the underside of the case. The boxes are made from 100% hardwood, flip down lid, magnets to keep lid in the upper position, finger pull on the sides, and is 5” height running the full width/depth. Example shown below of storage box.
LED lighting
Standard – Battery LED
- Top mounted to a metal disc, this LED bar light casts warm light onto your instrument.
- Featuring a built-in magnet for easy mounting, a 800mAh rechargeable battery, and three modes of operation.
- Day mode is auto on when it detects motion, night mode is on when the photo eye senses dark conditions, and always on mode.
Upgraded – Plug-In LED
- 3,000K LED light strip housed in a brushed aluminum channel with a diffuser lens
- Remote control can turn on/off and dim the light strip to preset levels or customizable levels using the +/- key
- AC/DC adapter has six foot cord and requires 110V power

String Swing Hangers
- Custom String Swing hangers are available by request
- Double neck hangers for guitars such as a Gibson EDS-1275
- Keeper yokes for offset headstocks found on guitars such as a Fender Stratocaster
Powder-Coated Hinges and Latches
If a different color is desired for the piano hinge and latches, we offer powder-coating to blend these components with the ClimaStand.

Shipping Options
Fully Insured FedEx Ground
We ship all ClimaCases in two boxes – one for the humidor and the other for the base unit. Our custom packaging ensures safe transport and we only use FedEx who is renowned for the safest transport in the business. All shipments are insured in case anything happens in transit.
Freight
For certain irreplaceable ClimaCases, such as those made from exotic wood species or with intricate inlays, we may require freight shipping. For multi-case orders or certain Super Jumbo case shipments, it may be more economical to ship freight vs. ground.
Convertible Design
Our popular triangle shapes are easily converted from a floor model to a wall model and vice versa with a bolt on/off base.
Each humidor has interior holes, finished with a wood plug, to properly hang on the wall, as well as four embedded brass nuts on the bottom and back which accept bolts to mount the base.
