Introduction

By joining the Packet Renewal Program, Acoustic Remedy Cases will send either D'Addario Two Way Humidification or BOVEDA 49%, 49% HA, or 72% packets directly to your door every three months.  There is no difference between the two packets and in fact, Boveda has manufactured the packets for D'Addario since they developed the patented humidification technology for wood instruments. 

The only difference between the two is that, in addition to the 49% packets which get all wooden instruments to the sweet spot, Boveda manufactures the 49% HA (High Absorption) and the 72% packets exclusively for their product line.  The 49% HA is designed for high humidity environments and the 72% packet is designed to "season" or quickly get your ClimaStand or wooden instrument up to proper humidification.

All shipments include shipping to anywhere in the continental USA.  Alaska, Hawaii, and International will incur additional shipping charges.

• What determines how fast the packets will deplete their moisture?

• Can I cancel my contract at anytime?
• The Packet Renewal Program is a subscription program that can be cancelled at any time.  Following your cancellation, the shipments will cease after the last fulfilled shipping date.  

• How am I billed for the subscription?
• You credit card will be automatically billed on a quarterly basis according to the plan you subscribe for.

• How do I store the extra packets?
• Simply store the unused packets in the original manufacturer's airtight packaging.  All packets are also shipped in a air tight, interior coated packet pouch with a re-closable seal similar to a ziplock bag.

• Is the Packet Replacement Program available internationally?
• Yes.  Additional shipping rates will apply to international orders
